Payment Policy
Payment must be received to consider an appointment reserved. You will receive an email with a Zoom login link or a phone number that will connect you to Melissa for the time of your session. (Prior to the session, you will need to download the free Zoom app.)
Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final. There are no refunds on completed services. I understand that if I need to cancel a session, I must email melissareiss.s2s@gmail.com within 12 hours prior to the session. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for any cancellation not made within 12 hours of the actual appointment time.
I understand that if I forget or choose to skip the appointment for whatever reason, it will be considered a “no-show” after 10 minutes of the appointment time. All payments from missed appointments will go straightforwardly to a philanthropy of Melissa's decision. If you wish to reschedule an appointment that you "no-showed," you understand you will be required to pay again for the set rate.
